CAREX ® – System of segment block for sealing reloading chutes

This unusually handy system serves for sideway and front sealing of reloading chutes on conveyor belts.

At the bottom edge of the chute, supporting panels are welded of screwed overlapping one another. Single, segment blocks of rubber or plastic are regulated by their pressure panels in such a way that they practically eliminate the presence of dusting cracks in the dump.

During operation, wearing blocks can be set in on-going manner using a regular hammer.

CAREX – standard values:

• Supporting panels: length = 1000 mm, height = 150 mm
• Blocks: width = 200 mm, height = 200 mm, thickness = 18 mm
