LINEX ® – Centring rollers for belt conveyors.

Absolute necessity for each belt conveyor. These universal rollers guarantee secure and simple run of the belt. They are installed under the return drum instead of the lower bearing roller. Their diameter amounts to 190 mm. In the event of an even small slant of the belt, the roller moves causing a shift to the centre of gravity to the right place. Next, owing to friction, the centring roller, on its curved rubber ribs, will shift the belt again to the centre.

The application of centring roller of LINEXR system eliminates:

• asymmetric belt setting,
• sideways dumping,
• belt edge damage,
• rubber side seals.

LINEXR centring rollers are supplied for belt widths from 400 to 2000 mm.
